New Client ToD 5.621 Released 18/06/2008 12:13:23

Time of Defiance 5.621.0 is now available for all players from our downloads section.

IMPORTANT: Existing players should uninstall their current version of Time of Defiance (from control panel, add/remove programs) before installing this new version. See 'Nice Announcement' forum for full details.


Some of the enhancements in this build include:

  • New interface colour scheme
  • New animated island anti-gravity units and large islands can have multiple units.
  • Right click intercept enhancements
  • Double left click selects all units of same type
  • Right click on islands in radar intercept
  • Navigation mini-map enhancements including middle mouse button zoom and right click drag Mini-map.
  • New purchase buttons in Eighth House
  • Bug fixes

There is a new test client available v5_621_0 (Release Candidate 1) which includes a whole new colour scheme for the user interface, along with enhancements, tweaks, and bug fixes to the game.

There is a new Beta client available v5.613_0 for testing and can be downloaded from the link supplied in the beta test forum.

Time of Defiance 5.541.0 is now available from our downloads section or from the auto-update server.

This version includes an increase to the number of units you can multiple select and general performance increases. Plus many more small enhancements and fixes.
